KSA Specification Manager
Tasks:
• Develop specifications for ventilated facades with fiber cement in KSA.
• Visit consultants/architects all over Saudi Arabia and occasionally abroad to educate them on
fiber cement façade and present our client's façade material in order to get specified in projects.
• Support and consult consultants/architects during specification phase.
• Analyze data from project databases and other relevant sources in order to generate project
leads.
• Create strong relations with relevant developers and governmental authorities.
• Daily coordination with colleagues, Manager and our Shared Service Center.
• Identify market trends and requirements.
• Promote the Swisspearl brand in general and participate on various exhibitions in KSA.
• Competitor surveillance.
• Introduce and update project pipeline in CRM system.
Qualifications:
• Network within relevant consultants in the market.
• Background in the KSA construction industry.
• Technical knowledge.
• Commercial understanding.
• CRM experience.
• English and Arabic language.
