- Position: Head of Asset Management (Solar)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and continual improvement of the asset health monitoring program to ensure Key Performance Index (KPI) targets as set by the COO RE are met.
- Monitor and manage techno-commercial performance of the Company’s majority-owned assets and overseas Joint Venture (JV) assets to ensure full compliance with the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), other key contracts and all regulatory/ legislative requirements related to power plant / assets operations.
- Strategize, manage, supervise and execute overall technical, engineering, procurement, maintenance, operations, planning, human resources, public relations and other administrative activities and jointly manage the company financial performance and other group initiatives to achieve and surpass all key performance indicators of RE plant assets. Provide valuable input and consultation to the management in power generation field.
- Monitor and resolve issues pertaining to Owner’s obligation in keeping plant assets business continuation dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders, local communities and local authorities relevant to the operation of the power plants.
- Review CAPEX proposals from respective plants and monitor the utilization against approved scope, objectives and budget.
- Ensure operational insurance policies are valid, enforced in line with PPA, and/other relevant key contracts and financing requirements at a competitive insurance premium and with adequate coverage.
- Lead in preparation of plants operational updates for Monthly/ Quarterly Reporting to Management and Board of Directors.
- Lead and coordinate provision and record keeping of operational data from all operational power assets for Group’s management reporting and other internal exercise by the Group as and when required.
- Assist in O&M System and Methodology development to promote lean, energy-efficient, and cost-effective operation of power plants/ assets.
- Assist in establishment of Quality HSE Standard Management in the power assets as and where required.
- Ensure record-keeping of documentation is efficiently performed, that documents owned are properly referenced, and appropriately maintained in own keeping and in Company’s server.
- Coordinate and prepare MOM for the weekly Operation Management meeting to ensure alignment of key business strategies with internal stakeholders and Joint-Venture partners.
- Practice and advocate utility best practices and standards, and sustainability in the O&M and asset management of the power plant/ assets
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management including due diligence review for projects under development phase etc.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical or equivalent engineering field from an accredited university.
- Well versed with Power Plant O&M best practices, asset management related skills, Power Plant QHSE standards and Contract Management.
- Budget planning, costs optimization and stakeholder management skills
- Minimum 5 years of O&M experience and required to include a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Excellent communicator, analytical and professional with good decision-making skills and judgment.
