JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, build and maintain relationship with all current clients handed over from outgoing Sales Manager.
Manage all ongoing projects handed over from outgoing Sales Manager.
Align with relevant segment leaders, country manager and fellow teammates with regards to product and sales strategy.
Gain product competencies for WPR & SGF segments through training from relevant segment leaders. i.e. not limited to TP series, Vulkem series, Sealants, Dryvit, etc
Maintain and build pipelines & forecasts and timely submitted.
Fully understand sales process with the full understanding of the effects that logistics and manufacturing processes have.
Able to display proper preparations before commercial talks with clients i.e. margin calculation, lead times, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/ Bachelor degree in relevant and/or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years in the construction industry, specifically waterproofing products and key account management.
Civil – Architects and/or has technical building material background.
Networking in building material industry, not limited in architects, consultants, contractors, or developers.
Must be able to calculate GM%, selling price with cost price and GM% given.
Highly motivated person with strong drive to succeed and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Active listening, negotiation, CRM, developing relationships.
Well organized with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong verbal and written communicator.
Team player.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
