 Head of Flooring

Business Location : Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts to drive growth and ensure retention.

• Lead and manage local flooring sales teams to achieve sales targets and inspire high performance in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and annual Gross Turnover (GTO) targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.

• Manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting through to successful closure.

• Grow a sustainable and robust sales pipeline to ensure continuous revenue generation.

• Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and maintain a project register.

• Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review sales performance and action plans to achieve GTO.

• Develop and manage regional sales budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage sales tools, product launches, trainings, exhibitions, road shows, email campaigns, events, and social media for maximum impact.

• To establish a network of market intelligence to provide voice of market.

• Strong in discerning business case and identify business risk management factors.

• Align with business corporate stakeholder management requirements.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Study.

• At least 10 years of solid sales experience in the construction products industry.

• Highly motivated person with strong drive to succeed and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Strong team player and strong inter-personal skills to deal with customers, specifiers (architects & consultants), distributors, and government.

• Result oriented with a clear focus on the given targets.

• Expertise in strategy and market development.

• Ability to solve complex, cross functional problems.

• Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.

• Proficient communication skills in both oral and written English, Vietnamese, and local languages.

• Effective communicator and confidence in presentation.

• Good in business proposal and business strategy presentation. •
