Define with the General Manager Key moves and strategies to achieve country growth. ▪ Collect all available information about the defined projects ▪ Help team Identify all opportunities ▪ Guide and help the Spec team, KPMs and the Team prepare technical proposals for all possible solutions ▪ Work with the KPMs, Team and / or RSMs to prepare plan of activities for these accounts/projects to ensure we realize the highest potential. ▪ Specifically work with the RSMs to effectively define as real as possible project potential (quantity survey) each or project for the whole project life. ▪ Work with Team & RSMs to then set these targets and objectives with clear timelines. ▪ Coordinate the code 1 approval procedure for each product together with the sales team. ▪ Coach, monitor and report using the existing tools such as Salesforce to all those related. ▪ Prepare project profiles and reference data as it becomes available. ▪ Communicate and report activities to Regional/Global Building Systems Head, as necessary ▪ Other tasks as assigned by the General Manager from time to time
Requirement:
▪ Excellent computer skills including PowerPoint presentation and Excel spreadsheet applications;
▪ Strong organisational, communication, inter-personal, leadership and management skills;
▪ Able to work independently and in a team environment
▪ Able to travel when required
▪ Fluent in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin would be advantageous.
