Job Title: Sales Manager – Concrete Precast Admixture Products
Location: Qatar
Position Overview:
Our client is a Swiss MNC company that manufactures building materials. The Sales
Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and leading a
team of 4 sales professionals. This role requires strong leadership, dynamic entrepreneur
mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the concrete and
building materials product industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4 sales professionals to meet and exceed sales
targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the market share.
• Drive the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals, fostering a high-
performance sales culture.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors,
architects, designers, engineers, and distributors.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new
business opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure timely and efficient processing of sales orders and follow through on product
delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, logistics, and production, to
ensure smooth business operations.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, provide regular reporting on performance, and identify
areas for improvement.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales performance reports.
• Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends to continuously
improve product offerings and sales strategies.
• Develop training and development plans to enhance the skills of the sales team and
improve overall productivity.
• Represent the MNC in industry events and conferences, enhancing brand visibility
and reputation.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar construction market, including key players,
regulations, and trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluent in English.
