Job Title: Senior Accountant

Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have to possess a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification, holding less than five years of industry experience, and looking to advance their career in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations based on financial data.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
• Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
• Audit Preparation: Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit queries.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analyses to support decision- making processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing accounting procedures and systems.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university, such as the University of Jordan, Amman or Jordan University of Science and Technology, Irbid.
• Certifications: Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is required. • Experience: Less than 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
