Position Summary: The Regional Director will lead the company's operations within the UAE region, ensuring the growth and success of their sports flooring business. The individual will be responsible for sales, strategic partnerships, market development, and managing client relationships. This position requires a strong understanding of the local market, a deep network within the UAE sports and facilities sector, and proven leadership capabilities.
Job Description:
Responsible for the overall sales and marketing operations of all Sports Flooring for the GCC and India region.
Prepare annual sales plans & targets based on defined KPI’s for their Sports Flooring products and effectuate as main target incremental market share growth in anticipation of mid-term local production.
Controlling the dealers network (POS, marketing, sales activities);
Gathering market information preparing incremental expansion;
Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications;
Advising new product developments in view of localisation;
Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process for the project segment ;
You have full P&L responsibility for the GCC and India region, and report to the SVP International.
