Position: Information Management Lead
Location: Buena Vista, Singapore
Duration: 24 months contract
About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Information and Data Management Lead to oversee the handover of project information and documentation to clients, ensuring adherence to agreed procedures and requirements. This pivotal role involves coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring the successful implementation of data management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management Oversight: Manage the handover of project information and documentation, develop and implement data management strategies, and monitor interfaces with clients and third parties.
- Coordination & Advisory: Guide project teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Commissioning, etc.) to ensure compliance with data management requirements. Partner with Discipline Managers to allocate qualified staff.
- Collaboration: Work with Digital/IT teams to set up Project Databases and tools, contribute to enterprise-level architecture, and interface with clients’ representatives.
- Quality Assurance: Identify and address data quality issues, establish data quality objectives, and develop KPIs to monitor project data management status.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years in the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry, with at least 5 years in a similar role or project management.
- Expertise: Proven experience managing engineering information systems and IT infrastructure. Familiarity with digital transformation and systems like AVEVA, SAP, EDMS.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/Science.
- Skills: Strong management and leadership abilities, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and stakeholder management expertise.
