The client of ours is a regional solar IPP (developer) company is actively looking for someone with your immediate experience to join their team as a Head of Business Development.

You will be focusing:
- Lead the business development department with full P&L responsibility.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, especially in renewable energy.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Oversee operations to meet financial and customer goals, optimizing resources and ensuring quality compliance.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and control costs, forecast sales, and implement innovative growth strategies.
- Engage with local communities and authorities to support growth and development projects.
- Ensure the organization is structured and prepared for both current and future growth.
