Overall Role:
Oversee the entire operation of the company in the Philippines, based in Manila. Lead a team focused on business development, project management, and operations. Drive the growth and development of the company's solar projects within the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Business Development: Develop and execute business plans, identify new project opportunities, manage project pipelines, and build strategic partnerships.
- Team Leadership & Management: Build and lead a high-performing team, oversee employee development, and ensure team alignment with company goals.
- Financial Management: Manage the country's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee project execution, risk management, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
