About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and driven Business Development Specialists to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with up to two years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the solar energy sector, though candidates from non-renewable energy backgrounds will also be considered.

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients in one of the following segments:

  • Residential (1 headcount)
  • Commercial & Industrial (C&I) (1 headcount)
  • Utilities (1 headcount)

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Travel 80-90% of the time across the Philippines, accompanied by a senior sales team member or a sales engineer.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote our energy solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, and engineering) to develop tailored proposals.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Background in solar energy sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree (non-technical fields welcome).Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
