Responsibilities
- Responsible to reach project (contract division) sales targets in the reference area.
- Responsible to identify key designers and developers of the area working in the luxury real estate and to build long-term collaborations.
- Responsible to present collections to Architects, Designers, Developers (A&D) and other key stakeholders.
- Responsible to develop/support A&D and key stakeholders I setting up specifications for projects.
- Responsible to define the strategic account plan to identify key stakeholders in the area.
- Responsible to carefully prepare updates on the performances of the reference area for each periodic review with the zone director
- Business intelligence on the market on products, players, pricing and R&D.
- Cooperate with our HQ back-office team to provide the client with the best service in terms of quality and timing.
- Contribute to achieve the sales target within the Region
- Responsible to leverage on company tools (e.g. Edicola, CRM, others) on the day-by-day tasks.
