Position Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Specification & Sales Manager based in Johor. The incumbent will play a crucial role in driving sales and specifications of our interior furnishing products within the Johor region. This role involves engaging with dealers, contractors, and designers to promote our products and services, as well as managing sales activities to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, and designers to generate sales leads and specifications for our products.
- Actively engage in both specification and sales activities to ensure market penetration and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding product specifications and installation requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and specification roles, preferably within the interior furnishing industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Technical knowledge of interior furnishing products and materials is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel within the Johor region and to Singapore as needed.
