Location: Mandaluyong, Philippines

Schedule: Hybrid rotation, 2 days at home & 3 days in office

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Business Controller, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial and commercial objectives of our renewable energy projects. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the management team on projects of national interest, contributing valuable insights and analyses.

 Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly management reports, highlighting business drivers behind financial variances.
  • Support the annual budgeting process by consolidating financial forecasts and key business KPIs.
  • Assist in cash flow planning for both short-term and long-term horizons.
  • Continuously improve the monthly management reporting process and outputs

Financial Accounting, Taxation, & Governance:

  • Support the Business Controller in the creation, implementation and update of accounting policies, processes, and systems
  • Support the Business Controller in financial audits

Project Controlling:

  • Verify commercial and other project-based information
  • Record and track business transactions related to our Photovoltaic Power Plants

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance Management
  • Familiarity with IFRS and project accounting
  • Strong computer and analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), experience with management information systems
  • Excellent planning, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Confident to interact on different hierarchy levels and also with Top Management and external stakeholders
