PROPOSAL MANAGER
Our client is an international Engineering service provider from the Oil & Gas sector - covering O&G Water Treatment / Produced Water Process Skids.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, E&I, Material and equivalent) with approximately 8 years of relevant working experiences in bidding/tendering projects particularly in oil & gas industry.
- Computer literacy in Excel, Word, Project and Xiat Porter
- Possess strong negotiation and communication skills with colleagues, clients and vendors
- Able to quickly analyze information, interpret the information and identify key points of the tender/proposal requirement
- Able to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, with a flexible approach to solutions
- Able to make upper level decisions within authority levels without seeking line manager approval
- Possess a mentoring style of leadership
- Must haves experience in Process Skids for Water Treatment / Produced Water.
Job Description

Review technical and commercial proposals based on RFQ received, ensuring quality bids are issued in a timely manner.

Provide leadership on technical clarifications throughout bidding phase, including client evaluation meetings up to and including initial project stage (Asian and Global projects)

Oversee process preliminary design and sizing on bid projects, assist direct reports to confirm technical requirement with internal engineering team.

Provide technical leadership to sales team, providing the best solution in terms of technical and commercial advantages and disadvantages.

Drive all aspects of the tendering flow process, with a particular focus on the Technical and Financial Risk review meetings

Provide technical training opportunities to ensure all direct reports are familiar with all aspects, ensuring best possible solutions are offered during proposal development phase
