A global renewable energy company is actively looking for a Project Manager role to be based in Taipei, Taiwan. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
Responsibilities
- Manage high value projects in energy and grid services projects
- Full project life cycle ownership, successful project delivery in full implementation from start to end
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans for risks
- Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to approved scope, schedules, budgets and company quality standards
- Manage work and inputs from internal and external functional contributors, contractors and project partners.
- Provide strong leadership for on-site project team by motivating team members to meet project goals
- Support the team and wider business with projects tasks and business issues as required
Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a complete project
- Immediate experience in high value and/ or complex project management
- PMP certification or other project management qualification would be an advantage
- Degree or equivalent in Engineering
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
