• Develop marketing strategies and support programs in Taiwan to drive sales and promote brand leadership in the market.
• Develop, execute, measure and optimize integrated marketing communications plans and tactics to effectively promote new product/technology releases and re-energize products in through their selling cycle.
• Coordinate with NE Asia Marketing Communications team and Digital Marketing team to develop advertising and marketing materials necessary to support communication at all channels.
• Partner with Channel Marketing on the development and maintenance of marketing communications plans including messaging/creative strategy in partnership with Digital & Creative Services and/or external resources, the creation and maintenance of sales training materials & collateral, advertising plans & creative and digital content.
• Collaborate with sales team, manage the budget for efficient and effective use to achieve local market and sales development objectives.
• Research and analysis competitors’ content, messaging and distribution tactics including keyword research.
• Identifying target audiences and their key demographics, interests, and online behavior
• Content planning for different channels, including owned social media, website, E-commerce platforms and media. Prepare and manage editorial calendars, which should be consistent with the defined content strategy.
• Develop marketing plan and calendar, execute the plan and manage ANP budget
• Responsible for the communication materials for showrooms and dealer corners and Modern trade
• Writing, SEO, promotion, analysis, and optimization – with a clearly defined content workflow
• Set up specific, measurable goals with a timeline to evaluate the result in terms of awareness, engagement, draw traffic and leads generations.
• Content creation based on the nature of the media, business channels and customer backgrounds.
• Implement SEO optimized content creation that aligns with brand, company goals and audience.
• Work with internal creative hub and graphic designer to implement creative marketing strategies to disseminate content.
• Use analytics tools to track and measure the progress of all the shared and published content.
• Media strategic planning and execution to enhance brand and product awareness.
• Digital activation planning and management, inc. own media (Official website, Facebook, LINE group) and digital media
• Product communication planning and execution through POSM development (catalog, brochure, leaflet, e-newsletter, etc.) and in-store display enhancement (show room excellence)
• Consumer and trade event planning and execution, inc. PR/media events, roadshow, tradeshow, VIP/key account events
• Assist in carrying out ad hoc promotions and marketing programs as assigned to support the company’s marketing strategies and achieve set business objectives within a specific time frame.
