Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of asset managers, analysts, and other personnel.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the asset management team.

Asset Performance Optimization:

  • Implement best practices in asset management to maximize the long-term commercial and technical performance of the solar portfolio.
  • Develop and oversee systems for monitoring asset performance, including technical aspects, financial metrics, and risk management.
  • Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement in energy production, efficiency, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure assets meet or exceed performance expectations.

Financial Management and Reporting:

  • Oversee the financial aspects of the asset portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
  • Manage and create accurate and timely reports for internal stakeholders (e.g., leadership, finance) and external stakeholders (e.g., investors, lenders).
  • Contribute to the company's valuation process by providing technical and commercial insights on asset performance.

Project Oversight and Compliance:

  • Ensure new solar assets are constructed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain compliance across the portfolio with project contracts, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, and company policies.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with other departments within the company, such as operations, engineering, and finance, to ensure optimal asset management.
  • Effectively communicate asset performance data, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels.

HSSE:

  • Ensure safety is the priority at all work activities and strictly follow all HSSE requirement.
  • Supervise and follow up to correct unsafe conditions and actions for safety in the work of employees as reported or as recommended by HSSE officer and/or HSSE committee.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the acquisition and development of new solar assets.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in solar asset management.
