Position: Customer Service Correspondent, Asia Pacific

Location: Bangkok, Thailand 

Type: Permanent

 

Basic Functions:

Under the supervision of the Supervisor- Customer Service, Asia Pacific, responsible for quotation/order processing and daily communication with internal departments and external customers.

 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality service and act as a key contact point for company’s distributors 
  • Performance accurate system entry on inquiries, quotations, orders and other related document in a timely manner
  • Process and track inquiries, quotations, orders and other procedures by coordination with different departments according to the Company Policy and Standard Operation Procedure
  • Communicate with internal departments eg. Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to perform coordination on internal processes
  • Liaise with internal plants on the production, delivery and shipment schedule to meet the delivery request from customers.
  • Communicate with external customers on all customer service related issues
  • To assist supervisor to provide the sales report and other reports requested.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

 

Relationships & Contacts:

  • Reports to Supervisor –Customer Service, Asia Pacific
  • Frequent contact with Company’s Distributors and Project Accounts.
  • Frequent internal contacts with Manufacturing Plants, Sales Office, Marketing Dept., Finance Dept. and other Supply Chain Dept. in company

 

Education & Experience Requirements

  • College or above graduate with good language skills, major in International Trading is an added asset
  • 2 years previous experience with import/export trading or international logistics business
  • Fluency in both oral and written English
  • Familiar with MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software’s
  • Good Interpersonal/Communication skills
  • Experience with SAP system
