Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of fibre cement products in Belgium.
Job Description:
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading their sales strategy and driving
revenue growth across Belgium for our fibre cement product line. You will work closely with
the sales team to develop and execute sales plans that align with their overall business
objectives. This role requires a driven strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a
deep understanding of the construction materials market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and
objectives.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure
high performance and collaboration.
• Strong relationships with key customers, developers, architects, contractors and
distributors in Belgium.
• Identify new market opportunities and assess business potential in existing and new
market segments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust
strategies accordingly.
• Keeping up with the industry trends with new approach, markets and habits.
Requirements:
• Proven experience (at least 7-10 years) in sales management within the construction
materials industry, specifically with fibre cement products.
• Strong driven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a demonstrated track record of developing and implementing
successful sales strategies.
• Fluent in French and English; fluent in Dutch is a plus.
