Reporting to the Associate Marketing Director, you are responsible for:
Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in instore planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
Leading and implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers
Leading activation programs to improve brand visibility include merchandising, literatures, product display
Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected
Responsible for the retail intelligence and set up platform, including instore traffic analysis, traffic heat map etc.
Improving Customer instore experience and improve net promoter score by document a playbook for local teams to adapt
Conceptualizing regional trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with local marketing and sales teams
Working with digital team on social CRM and execute omni channel strategies
Support consumer events and as a COE, maintain a library for sharing all good local and global team practices.
